Is my rug in stock?
Obviously with trends and colours changing fast certain rugs suddenly sell faster than others so we cannot guarantee all our rugs are in stock all the time but if the product is out of stock we will give you an approximate date of delivery, if you don’t want to wait, a full refund will be given.
My rug is shedding its pile, is this a fault? Natural fibre rugs such as 100% wool rugs tend to shed their surface wool as they are walked on. This is a natural effect as the pile 'beds in' and is not a fault with the rug. This is a short term thing which improves as the rug is walked upon. Use a soft brush or the tool attachment on your vacuum to speed up the process.
Are the colours accurate?
Display settings on computer monitors can differ slightly; we attempt to recreate the rug shades as closely as possible but cannot guarantee absolute accuracy.
How can I pay?
We accept payment through PayPal (you don’t need a PayPal account) and you can use most major cards.
What if my rug is damaged?
All our rugs are inspected before dispatch but in the unlikely event of a fault or damage in transit please email or phone us immediately and we will sort it for you.
Is my rug made using child labour?
Here at Rugsite we only stock rugs from reputable suppliers who support Rugmark (see homepage) or who invest in cottage industries where the workforce are educated alongside their work life, look at the label on the back of your rug for more info.
What if my rug isn’t quite right?
Don’t worry, we offer a seven day money back guarantee. Just email/phone us within 7 days. We recommend using Parcel2go.com to return your rug, simply add in your rug size and choose your courier and they will collect the next working day. The original postage and the return postage are the responsibility of the buyer, a refund will be given minus the original postage. We do not deem incorrect colours as a fault neither the shedding of natural fibre rugs which is an inherent characteristic of wool rugs.
